List of Ingredients
1 c. soft bread crumbs
2 c. milk (I use skim or evaporated skim)
2 eggs, lightly beaten or egg sub equiv.
1/2 t. salt
1/4 t. paprika
3 cups cooked chicken, diced 1/4" thick
1/2 c. cooked peas
1 (10 1/2 oz.) can condensed cream of mushroom soup for sauce (I use Campbell's Healthy Request)Recipe
In bowl blend bread crumbs, milk, eggs, salt and paprika. Stir in chicken and peas. Turn into sprayed loaf pan (9 X 5 X 3").
Bake in a moderate 325 degree oven until firm, about 40 minutes. Serve with mushroom sauce made from soup.
