Sugar - Glazed Carrots

List of Ingredients
8 carrots, cut into 1/8" slices
1/4 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. orange juice
2 T. rice vinegar
1/8 t. ginger
1/2 t. Spike Seasoning
1 t. Butter BudsRecipe
Cook carrots for 8 minutes, or until crisp tender, then drain. Combine remaining ingredients with carrots and simmer 10 minutes more over low heat. Mix well so that carrots are completely coated with glaze.
