    7 oz diced chicken
    1 (15 oz) can pinto beans, rinsed & drained
    1 onion, chopped
    1 green bell pepper, chopped
    1 (14oz) can diced tomatoes
    Garlic powder to taste
    12 oz chili sauce
    1 (15 oz) can red kidney beans, rinsed & drained
    2 TB Worcestershire sauce
    1 TB packed brown sugar
    1 tsp. Cumin
    1 (15 oz) can hominy, drain

    Recipe



    Place all ingredients in crock pot and mix well. Cover and cook until slightly thickened. Cook 4-5 hours on high or 8-10 hours on low. Yield: 6 servings= 4.5pts, 262 cals, 4g fat, 11g fiber, 43g
