    1-1/2 cube butter
    4 tablespoons sugar
    2 Cups pretzels, crushed
    1-8 oz pkg. cream cheese, softened
    1 cup sifted powdered sugar
    1- 8 oz container whipped topping
    1 large pkg raspberry jello
    2 cups boiling water
    2- 10 oz pkgs. frozen raspberries




    Recipe



    Cream together butter and sugar. Add the crushed pretzels and mix. Press this mixture into the bottom of a 9 X 13 pan.
    Bake at 400 for 7 minutes. Let cool. Mix together the cream cheese and powdered sugar. Add the whip topping to this
    and mix well. Spread over crust. Mix the package of jello into the boiling water and stir to dissolve. Add the frozen
    raspberries. Let the jello thicken about 3 minutes, then spread over cream cheese mix. Chill to set.
    {Recipe Note:} The pretzels taste like pecans in this recipe.
