Combine the lemon juice, olive oil, and seasonings in a bowl. Marinate the
fish in this mixture for at least 30 minutes, or for as long as 6 hours.
Place the fish, skin side down, in a baking pan. Pour the marinade around
the fillet. If necessary, pour in water until the liquid comes 2/3 of the
way up the fish. Broil the fish until done. Serves 4.
