    3/4 pounds peeled and deveined fresh or
    frozen shrimp or 1 1/2 cups cubed cooked
    chicken
    2 14 1/2 ounce cans diced tomatoes
    1 6 ounce can tomato paste
    1 2 1/4 ounce can sliced pitted ripe olives
    1/2 pound packaged dried mostaccioli or rigatoni,
    cooked and drained

    Thaw shrimp, if frozen; drain. In saucepan combine tomatoes, tomato paste, and olives. Bring to boiling. Add shrimp. Return to boiling; reduce heat. Simmer, uncovered, 3 minutes or until shrimp turn pink, stirring occasionally. Add cooked pasta; toss gently to coat.
