    Crockpot Beef Burgundy

    List of Ingredients




    1-1/2 lb beef for stew or stir fry beef
    1 can french onion soup, undiluted
    1 can golden mushroom soup, undiluted
    1 small can mushrooms, drained
    1/2 med onion, chopped
    1/2-1 soupcanful burgundy wine (to taste)


    Recipe



    Mix all ingredients in crockpot and cook on low for 6-8 hours. Serve over rice or noodles.

    *Beef cooked in a crockpot doesn't necessary need to be an expensive cut of beef. Because the meat will be cooked for a long period of time, it will be tenderized as it cooks.

    When making a stew, do all the cutting and chopping the night before, then in the morning just put the ingredients together in the crockpot because the work is already done.
