    Chili is a very versatile meal. Almost anything can be added for flavour.

    List of Ingredients




    1 lb. hamburger
    1 chopped onion
    3 stocks celery
    3 cloves garlic or 1/2 tsp. minced garlic
    dash worchestershire sauce
    dash tabasco sauce
    1 chopped red, orange or yellow pepper (for colour: use mixed pepper)
    1 chopped green pepper
    1 can diced tomatoes
    1 can mushrooms
    1 can kidney beans
    3 tbsp. salsa
    1/2 pkg. taco seasoning
    1 med. size can tomato sauce

    Recipe



    Brown the hamburger with onions, garlic and worchestershire sauce. Drain. Add all ingredients except the taco seasoning. Simmer for 10 min. Increase the heat to a boil and add taco seasoning. Mix. Turn heat to min. and simmer until peppers are barely crunchy.

    *Here are just a few of the toppings that I have added: salsa, grated cheddar cheese, sour cream, sweet peppers and celery. Use your imagine though.

    Try using the chili as a dip for nacho chips or taco shells.
