2 tbsp. water
1 tbsp. olive oil, preferably extra virgin
2 tsp. lemon juice
worchestershire sauce
1/2 tsp. minced garlic
chopped fresh herbs, I use rosemary, thyme and basil
5 potatoes, I've used white and yukon gold, peeled and cut in quarters
freshly cracked black pepper
coarse salt
Recipe
Preheat oven to 325* F. Mix water, oil, lemon juice, worchershire sauce and fresh herbs together. Mix potatoes with sauce and pour onto cookie sheet. Season with salt and pepper. Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 45 minutes, loosen from pan during cooking time so they don't stick. Serve hot.
