• 3 tbsp butter
  
• 1 cup sugar
  
• 3 tbsp all pupose flour
  
• 3 egg yolks
  
• 1 cup milk
  
• 1/4 cup lemon juice
  
• 1 tsp lemon rind
  
• 1 tsp salt
  
• 3 egg whites
  






Instructions



1. Cream together; butter,sugar,flour and egg yolks.
   
2. Gradually add; milk,lemon juice.lemon rind and salt.
   
3. Beat egg whites until stiff and fold into the yellow mixture.
   
4. Pour into greased dish and set in pan of hot water.
   
5. Bake in slow oven at 325. for about 1 hour.
