- 1 1/2 Cups Sugar
- 1/2 Cup Margarine, softened
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 2 Eggs
- 2 3/4 Cups All-purpose Flour
- 1 tsp Cream of tartar
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 2 Tbsp Sugar
- 2 tsp Cinnamon
Instructions
- Heat oven to 400. In a large bowl, beat 1 1/2 cups sugaar and margarine until light and fluffy. Add vanilla and eggs;blend well.
- Add flour, cream of tartar, baking soda and salt;mix well.
- In a small bowl,combine 2 Tbsp sugar and cinnamon. Shape dough into 1-inch balls;roll balls in sugar-cinnamon mixture. Place 2 inches apart on ungreased cookie sheets.
- Bake at 400. for 8 to 10 minutes or until set. Immediately remove from the cookie sheets. Cool completely.
