Broccoli with Mustard Sauce

- 4 cups fresh or frozen broccoli florets
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/2 tsp salt,divided
- 1 tbsp butter or margarine
- 1 tbsp all purpose flour
- 1/2 cup plus 2 tbsp milk
- 1-1/2 tsp prepared mustard
- 1/4 tsp dill weed
Instructions
- In a large sucepan, bring the broccoli,water and 1/4 tsp salt to a boil.
- Reduce heat; cover and simmer for 5-8 min or until broccoli is crisp-tender.
- In a small saucepan,melt butter. Stir in flour until smooth. Gradually stir in milk. Bring to a boil; cook and stir for 2 min or until thickened.
- Stir in the mustard,dill and remaining salt. Drain broccoli;drizzle with the mustard sauce.
