    List of Ingredients


    • 1 Pkg. (18 oz.) Yellow cake mix
    • 1 Can (14 oz.) Sweetened condensed milk
    • 1 Can (12 oz.) Pina Colada mix
    • 1 Container (8 oz.) Non-dairy whipped topping
    • 1 Can ( 3 1/2 oz.) Shredded coconut


    Instructions


    1. Bake cake according to package directions using a 9 X 13 inch ovenproof dish.
    2. As soon as it comes out of the oven, punch holes in top of cake with a meat fork.
    3. Mix condensed milk and Pina Colada mix together and pour over cake.
    4. Chill overnight.
    5. Before serving, frost with non-dairy topping and sprinkle with coconut.


    Final Comments


    You can also mix the whipped topping and coconut. Also, you can toast the coconut.
