    List of Ingredients


    • SAUCE
    • 3 cloves garlic
    • 1 large can italian tomatoes
    • 2 medium cans tomato paste
    • 4 cups water
    • MEAT BALL MIXTURE
    • 2 pounds ground beef
    • 2 cloves garlic
    • 2 eggs
    • 1/2 cup italian bread crubs
    • 1 tablespoon oil
    • 1 teaspoon parsley
    • OTHER MEATS
    • 2 pounds split chicken wings
    • 2 pounds short spare ribs
    • LASAGNA
    • 2 boxes pre-cooked
    • parmesan cheese as required
    • monzerella cheese as required
    • Romano cheese as required


    Instructions


    1. Prepare meat balls mixture. Make very small meat balls with half of the mixture size of big pea. Make bigger size (regular) meat balls with left over.
    2. Fry all meats: meat balls, chicken wings, and spare ribs until golden. Set aside.
    3. Prepare meat sauce and add fried meats. Simmer for approx. 2 to 2 1/2 hours uncovered, stirring frequently.
    4. Remove bigger meat balls, chicken wings, and spare ribs when time is over. Set aside.
    5. LAZAGNA
    6. Start with one row of pre-cooked lazagna into oven dish. Pour sauce over including small meat balls and sprinked with monzerella, romano, and parmesan cheese to taste. Repeat until the oven dish is full to almost the top. Approx. one hour before serving, cooked in oven as directed on lazagna box (if pre-cooked) or 250F for one hour if used regular lazagna.
    7. Put other meats: big meat balls, spare ribs, and chicken wings in another oven dish covered with aluminium foil. Uncovered 10 minutes before ending time. Serve with a portion of lazagna.


    Final Comments


    It is great when inviting friend's over. Prepare all the day before and heat the next day. Everything will be done in advance and you will be able to enjoy your friends.
