    2 1/2 c. cooked rice
    1 1/2 c. evaporated milk
    2/3 c. brown sugar
    3 tbsp. soft butter
    2 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    3 eggs, beaten
    1/2 to 1 c. raisins



    Recipe



    Combine rice with all remaining ingredients. Spray crockpot lightly with non-stick spray. Cover and cook on High 1 to 2 hours. Stir during first 30
    minutes.
