    Iced Tea

    To insure un-cloudy tea, simply cool the tea rapidly. Put 4 tea bags into about 2 cups of hot water, let steep, and then add it to water and ice. How long you let it steep determines the strength. But it must be hot when added to ice water. Use about 4 tea bags to 2 qts of water. If steeped mixture has cooled, reheat to hot.
