    Crescent Ham and Egg Bake

    8 oz. tube refrigerated crescent rolls
    1 cup cooked ham, cubed
    8 oz. Monterey Jack sliced cheese
    4 eggs
    3/4 cup milk
    1/2 cup chopped onions
    1 1/2 tsp Dijon mustard

    Recipe



    Preheat oven to 425 degrees.

    Unroll crescent rolls in a 13x9" lightly greased baking dish, gently press dough along the bottom and up the sides of the dish to form a crust. Sprinkle on ham and top with cheese slices. Combine eggs, milk, onions and mustard in small mixing bowl; mix well. Pour egg mixture over cheese layer. Bake for 20 minutes until crust is browned and eggs are done.
