3 eggs
1 3/4 cup sugar
1 cup cooking oil
2 cups flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. baking soda
1 cup chopped nuts
4-6 apples, peeled and thinly sliced

Beat eggs and mix with sugar. Add oil. Add remaining ingredients. Baked in greased loaf pan at 350 for 1
hour.
