    List of Ingredients




    1 1/2 cups sugar
    1 can condensed milk
    1 large egg
    3 Tbs bourbon or rum

    Recipe



    Beat butter at medium speed until creamy Gradually add sugar, beating well, then add milk, egg until blended. Pour into a heavy saucepan Cook over medium heat, stirring consantly, 5 minutes or until thicken. Careful it will scorch if you don't stir. Remove from heat and stir in bourbon. Cool, pour into 1/2 pint size jars if making for gifts. Store in refrigerator.

    Awesome on pound cake, waffles, french toast, AND great coffee sweetener

    Makes 2 1/4 cups
