    Fruit Cocktail Cake

    1-3/4 cups flour
    1-1/2 cups sugar
    1-3/4 teaspoons baking soda
    1/2 teaspoon salt
    One 14-ounce can fruit cocktail
    2 eggs, beaten
    1/2 cup brown sugar
    1/2 cup coconut

    Put dry ingredients in a bowl and mix. Add juice of fruit cocktail,
    mix, and add well-beaten eggs. Mix and add fruit cocktail. Pour into
    greased 9 x 9-inch pan and sprinkle brown sugar and coconut on top.
    Bake for 50 to 60 minutes. This can be doubled for larger pan;
    however, use a larger can of fruit.
