Overnight Coffee Cake

List of Ingredients

Cake:
2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. baking powder
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. brown sugar
2 eggs
2/3 c. oil
1 c. buttermilk

Topping:
1/2 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2-1 tsp. nutmeg, opt.
1/2 c. chopped nuts, opt.

Glaze:
1 c. powdered sugar
1 T. cold milk
1/2 tsp. vanilla



Recipe

Combine cake ingredients, spread in greased, floured 9x13 pan. Combine topping ingredients, sprinkle over cake. May cover and chill 8 hrs/overnite (to bake the next a.m.) or put right into oven. Bake at 350 for 30-40 mins. Mix together glaze ingredients. If needed, add few additional drops of milk util it's the right texture. Drizzle over top of hot cake.
