    Mexican-style Pork Chops

    List of Ingredients

    4 boneless pork chops
    1/2 tsp seasoned salt
    1/2 tsp pepper
    1/4 cup flour
    1 Tbs oil
    1 onion, diced
    1 can chopped green chiles ( 4 ounces)
    1 can mexican style stewed tomatoes (14.5 ounces)
    1 tsp dried oregano
    1 tsp onion powder
    1 ts- garlic salt
    1 large oven bag

    Recipe


    Sprinkle pork chops with seasoned salt and pepper. Roll in flour.
    Heat oil in skillet and brown pork chops on both sides. Place in casserole dish and sprinkle with oregano, onion powder and garlic salt. Spread stewed tomatoes around the pork chops and pour tomato juice on top. Spoon onion and green chiles evenly on top. Cover with bag and bake at 275 degrees for 3 hours.

    Serves 4
