    Pork Chops in Sour Cream

    List of Ingredients




    6 loin chops, 3/4-in. thick
    3/4-1 tsp sage
    1/2 tsp salt
    Dash pepper
    2 Tbs fresh parsley (chopped)
    2 Tbs oil
    1 cup sour cream
    3 Tbs flour
    1 cup beef broth

    Recipe



    Combine sage, salt, and pepper and rub chops with the mixture. Brown chops lightly in oil. Drain fat. Add broth; cover and simmer 30 minutes, or until meat is done. Combine sour cream and flour, and pour over chops. Simmer uncovered 8 to10 minutes longer. Sprinkle with parsley before serving. Serve with rice or noodles.
