    Ham and Pineapple Salad

    2 cups uncooked radiatore pasta
    4 cups cubed cooked ham
    2 8-oz. cans pineapple chunks, drained, reserving juice
    1 cup mayonnaise
    1/2 tsp. dry mustard


    Cook pasta according to package directions and drain. Meanwhile, combine mayonnaise, dry mustard and 1/3 cup reserved pineapple juice in a large bowl and mix well. Add ham, pineapple chunks and cooked and drained pasta and toss gently. Cover and chill until serving time.

    Serves 6
