Crunchy Rice Salad
List of Ingredients
1 cup white rice
1 1/3 cups drained mandarin oranges
1 cup chopped green onions
1 cup diagonally sliced ccelery
1 cup water chestnuts
1/2 cup sliced fresh mushrooms
1/4 cup ricevinegar
1/4 cup vegetable oil
1/4 cup soy sauce
Recipe
Cook the rice using pkg directions, omitting the salt. Let stand until cool. Combine the rice, oranges, green onions, celery, water chestnut & mushrooms in a bowl, tossing to mix. Combine the vinegar, oil & soy sauce in a bowl, whisking to mix. Pour over the rice mixture & mix gently. Chill, covered, until serving time.
