8 hard cooked eggs, shelled
2 Tbs mayonnaise or salad dressing
1 tsp prepared mustard
14 capers
1 tsp parsley flakes
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp ground cayenne
salt and pepper to taste
Recipe
Halve 7 of the eggs lengthwise; scoop out yolks. Press yolks and remaining whole egg through a sieve into a small bowl. Stir in mayonnaise or salad dressing and mustard, parsley flakes, paprika, ground cayenne and season with salt and pepper. Scoop the mixture back into the whites; Garnish each egg slice with a caper.
