Recipe Introduction

This is a spicy dip and would work well as a sandwich spread, too. Yumm... imagine a turkey sandwich with lettuce and tomato and this spread to perk it up. There is a recipe similar to this one on Recipezaar by Julesong and that recipe adds cheese to it, too. I'm sure that would be good. Serve with your favorite dippers. Tortilla chips or raw veggies are a good choice.

List of Ingredients

2 canned chipotle peppers in adobo, mashed
1 cup Mayonnaise
1/2 cup sour cream
1 tablespoon lime juice
1/4 teaspoons garlic Salt
2 tablespoons chopped onion
2 tablespoons. chopped fresh cilantro


Recipe

Put all in bowl and mix... or put in small food processor bowl and process until blended.
Chill.
