    Crab Stuffed Snow Peas

    List of Ingredients

    8 oz. pkg cream cheese, softened
    1 Tbsp lemon juice
    6 oz can crabmeat, drained
    Pinch of Old Bay Seafood Seasoning
    Pepper to taste
    60 snow peas, ends trimmed
    1 red pepper, cut into thin strips

    Recipe

    In small bowl, mix softened cheese & lemon juice until smooth.
    Stir in crab.
    Season with salt & pepper.
    Cook peas in boiling salted water for about 1/2 minute until wilted, but still crisp.
    Drain peas and drop into a bowl of cold water to stop the cooking process.
    Drain.
    Split open the curved end of peas and with a spoon (or Zip-Lock-type bag with end snipped) fill pea with crab mix
    Garnish with red pepper strip
