1 1/2 cups very warm water
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
4 cups bread flour
2 1/2 teaspoons instant yeast

Place ingredients in machine in order recommended by manufacturer.
Set for 'dough'.
When done take out and shape into 2 long loaves about 10-inches long. Place on baking sheet dusted with cornmeal.
Slash tops with razor blade or very sharp knife.
Cover with towel and let rise in warm draft free place for an hour.
Preheat oven to 500°.
Remove towel. Place loaves in oven.
Reduce heat to 450° and bake for about 13 minutes... or until internal temperature is between 190° and 200°. (Use an instant read thermometer).
Remove and cool completely on wire rack.
