2 swordfish steaks

LEMON SAUCE

2 tsp. fresh lemon juice
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. oregano
1/4 cup olive oil



Recipe

Brush swordfish steaks with olive oil
Grill until done

Stir salt into lemon juice until dissolved
Stir in oregano
Whisk in olive oil to emulsify
Serve fish on sauce
Spoon some sauce over fish
