This is nice and creamy. I like to serve poached eggs over this. You can also pour into a loaf pan and let set. When set, slice and grill. Serve along side barbecued pork chops for a yummy treat. I sometimes substitute Parmesan cheese for the salt and Feta cheese for the Gorgonzola. Mmmm...
List of Ingredients
4 cups water
3/4 cup cornmeal
2 teaspoons kosher salt
3 tablespoons butter
pepper
1/4 cup gorgonzola cheese (or bleu)
Recipe
In 2 quart souffle dish combine water, salt,and cornmeal, cook on hi for 6 minutes stir, cover with paper towel and cook on hi for 6 minutes.
stir in butter, pepper, cheese.
