This makes a 1-1/2 pound loaf.
List of Ingredients
10 ounces (1-1/4 cups) Water, 75-85 degrees F
2 TB Butter or Margarine
3 cups Bread Flour
1/2 cup Instant Potato Flakes
1-1/2 TB Dry milk powder
1-1/2 TB Sugar
1-1/2 tsp. Salt
1-3/4 tsp. Active Dry Yeast or 1-1/2 tsp. Bread Machine/ Fast Rise Yeast
Recipe
Add ingredients to bread pan in order listed, making well in center of dry ingredients for yeast.
Program for basic bread setting, desired crust color and timer, if being used.
Turn on.
When done, turn off, unlock pan and remove with oven mitts.
Shake bread out and allow to cool on rack before slicing.
