    List of Ingredients




    1 envelope Knox unflavored gelatin

    2 Tablespoons lemon juice

    1/2 cup boiling water

    1 small sliced onion

    1/2 cup mayo

    1 – 1 lb. can salmon – drained and cleaned of skin and large bones

    1/4 tsp. paprika

    1 cup heavy cream

    1 tsp. dill weed (not seed)

    Recipe



    Empty gelatin into blender container.

    Add lemon juice, onion, boiling water and blend on High 40 seconds

    Add mayo, salmon, paprika, dill weed and blend on high till salmon is well pulverized.

    Add cream and blend 30 seconds (watch this time carefully so you don’t make butter).

    Pour into 4 cup ring mold and chill to set.
