This was a good find. I first brined some split chicken breasts. After brining I drained them and dried them with paper towels, rubbed with oil and this spice mixture and left them in the fridge for the day.
List of Ingredients
1 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. seasoned salt
1/2 tsp. paprika
1/2 tsp. smoked paprika
1 tsp. black pepper
1 tsp. garlic powder
Recipe
Rub chicken with a little oil.
Mix ingredients and rub on all sides of chicken.
Let sit in refrigerator for a few hours.
Roast chicken as you normally would.
