Bulgur (Savory) with Parmesan Cheese

This is a nice savory recipe for bulgur. Try to get more into your diet. It's better for you than brown rice! I like to serve broccoli cuts over this savory dish.
List of Ingredients
1/2 cup bulgur (cracked wheat)
3/4 cup chicken broth
1 teaspoon hot sauce
1 tablespoon Parmesan cheese
Recipe
Heat chicken broth and hot sauce in small saucepan to a boil.
Add bulgur and stir for a couple minutes while liquid boils.
Cover and turn off heat.
Let sit for about 15 minutes.
Uncover, fluff with fork and stir in Parmesan cheese.
Enjoy!
