    Apple Sauce

    List of Ingredients




    10 firm tart apples, 1 tsp cinnamon, 2 tsp vanilla, 2 tsp rum extract, 1/2 c brown sugar (optional), 3 c water

    Recipe



    Peel & core & quarter apples. Put all ingredients into Slow cooker set to high until apples can be mashed. Put in pint canning jar, boiling water bath for 20 mins.
