Kielbasa Bean Soup

List of Ingredients
- 2 c. water
- 3 medium potatoes, peeled and diced
- 2-3 carrots, peeled and sliced
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1/3 c. celery, chopped
- 8 oz. smoked kielbasa, thinly sliced
- 1 can (11-1/2 oz.) bean with bacon soup, undilited
- chopped fresh parsley, optional
Instructions
- In a large saucepan, bring water and vegetables to a boil. Simmer for 10 minutes or until the vegetables are tender.
- Add the kielbasa and soup. Heat through.
- Garnish with parsley if desired.
- Yeild: 4 servings.
