    Talk about easy! And they go with everything, and I haven't met one person yet who doesn't like them!

    List of Ingredients




    Baby carrots, enough to cover whatever baking sheet you're using (don't crowd the pan, make sure they're in a single layer)

    A little oil to toss them with (don't drown them)

    Kosher or sea salt

    Maple syrup (Mrs. Butterworth's is fine, you don't have to use the real thing)

    Recipe



    Preheat oven to 400. Spray or oil a baking sheet and set aside.

    Toss the carrots in a large bowl with the oil and sea salt. Dump them out onto the baking sheet, making sure they are in one layer and not too crowded together.

    Pop into the oven and roast for about 30 minutes. Toss them with a spatula and taste test for doneness. If they aren't quite done, pop them back in for a little bit. When they are done to you're liking, drizzle the maple syrup over the carrots and return to the oven for about 10 minutes to glaze them. Serve immediately.
