    Roated Potatoes

    Recipe Introduction

Super easy, with lots of variations.

    List of Ingredients

Red or Yukon Gold or Russet potatoes, rinsed, dried, then cut into chunks (do not peel)... enough to cover whatever baking sheet you're using

Enough oil to coat them (not drown them)

1 envelope of Lipton onion soup mix (you can use a lot of different things here instead of the soup mix: an envelope of either ranch or italian dressing mix, or just salt and pepper, or a fat dose of steak seasoning, or salt, pepper and herbs, whatever you like)

    Recipe

Heat oven to 400. Spray or oil a large baking sheet, set aside.

In a large bowl, toss the prepped potatoes with the oil, the add in whatever seasoning you're using. Toss until really well coated and distributed. Dump the potatoes out onto the prepped baking sheet. Make sure they are in one layer, and not too crowded on the pan.

Pop into the oven for 30 minutes, then turn/toss them with a spatula. They are probably not quite done at this point, they may need another 15-30 minutes... it depends a lot on how big you chunk the potatoes, and how many there are.

Serve hot with homemade ranch dressing/dip!
