    Recipe Introduction

    Still a family favorite; you can use any kind of lamb, but I cube leg of lamb for best quality

    List of Ingredients

    2 lbs. Lamb, cubed
    2 cups peeled, cubed potatoes
    3/4 cup chopped onions
    bay leaf
    2 tsp. thyme
    salt and pepper to taste
    2 cups meat stock
    margarine

    Recipe

    Saute onions in small amount of margarine till soft in stew pot
    Combine all other ingredients in pot. Bring to mild boil.
    Reduce heat and simmer uncovered ½-1 hour until lamb is done.
