Mushroom Mozzarella Slices
1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup
1 clove garlic, peeled and minced
1 tablespoon grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 teaspoon Italian seasoning
1 loaf French bread
1/4 cup olive oil
1/4 cup chopped green onion
1/4 cup chopped seeded red bell pepper
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese Recipe
Preheat broiler.
Combine soup, garlic, Parmesan, Italian seasoning and Parmesan cheese in a small bowl; mix well.
Cut bread into 1-inch slices and place on a broiler pan. Brush with olive oil and toast lightly under the broiler.
Transfer toast to a cookie sheet. Spread soup mixture evenly over each slice and sprinkle with green onions, bell pepper and cheese. B
ake for 5 to 7 minutes or until cheese starts to melt and toppings are heated thoroughly.
Remove from oven and serve hot.
