    Summer Fruit with Minted Yogurt


    • 1 16-ounce carton plain low-fat yogurt
    • 3 tablespoons honey
    • 2 tablespoons snipped fresh mint
    • 4 medium plums, pitted and thinly sliced (about 3 cups)
    • 3 cups assorted berries (such as blueberries, raspberries, and strawberries)
    • 6 fresh mint sprigs (optional)

    Recipe






    In a small bowl stir together yogurt, honey, and snipped mint. Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve. In a medium bowl combine plums and berries. Divide fruit among six individual dessert bowls. Spoon minted yogurt on top. Garnish with fresh mint sprigs, if desired.

    Makes 6 servings.
