    Great on baked potatoes, on buns, or right out of the pot!

    Yummy in Your Summertime Tummy BBQ!


    1/4 cup butter
    salt
    pepper
    1 teaspoon garlic powder
    barbecue sauce
    3/4 cup brown sugar
    2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce

    Recipe






    Place whole chicken in a casserole dish. Dry it off with paper towels.

    Brush with 1/4 cup melted butter and sprinkle with salt and pepper.

    Bake at 450 for about an hour or until chicken reaches 170 degrees.

    Debone chicken and shred chicken.

    Place chicken in a crock pot and stir it in with the a bottle of sauce (I use Sweet Baby Ray's), the sugar, and Worcestershire sauce.

    Cook on low for 2 hours.
