    Crumble Sausage Cornbread from David


    1 lb. pork sausage
    2 C. self-rising cornmeal
    1 1/2 C. milk
    2 eggs

    Recipe





    Crumble sausage in skillet and lightly brown. Drain excess fat and allow meat to cool.

    Mix cornmeal, milk and eggs together. Beat well. Stir in sausage. Pour into greased 9" pan and bake at 400 for 35 minutes.
