    Chicken-Broccoli Casserole from Rita


    2 pkgs broccoli, thawed and drained
    4 chicken breasts, cooked
    2 lb pkg Velveeta cheese
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1/2 c mayonnaise
    Stuffing mix
    About 2-3 melted butter

    Recipe





    Place the broccoli in a well greased 13x9-inch baking dish. Cut chicken into bite size pieces and spread over the broccoli. In a bowl, mix together soup and mayonnaise. If the mixture seems too thick, add a little milk to the mixture. Pour over the chicken. Top with thin slices of Velveeta. Sprinkle the stuffing mix over the cheese and drizzle the melted butter over the stuffing. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.

    Serves 6.
