Hamburger Potato Casserole from Kathy
1 can cream soup (cream of mushroom, chicken, or celery)
2 lbs. Hamburger
1-1 1/2 cup rice (cooked)
1/2 cup chopped green pepper
1 medium onion, chopped
5-6 medium potatoes, sliced
Recipe
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.
Brown hamburger and drain. Layer hamburger in dish. Add potatoes to 1 1/2 cups of cooked rice. Layer in dish. Mix green pepper, onions and then layer. Add 1 cup of water to soup and pour over the top.
Bake for 1 hour
