    Mexican Macaroni Casserole


    1 lb. lean ground beef or turkey
    1 can Rotel tomatoes, drained
    1 box Kraft Macaroni & Cheese
    1 pkg. taco seasoning
    1 can corn, drained
    1/2 pkg. Hidden Valley Ranch dip (powder)
    1 cup grated cheddar cheese

    Recipe





    Heat oven to 350. Prepare macaroni and cheese as directed. Brown
    ground beef and drain, add taco seasoning to ground meat. In a large
    bowl, add prepared macaroni and cheese, ground beef, Rotel tomatoes,
    corn and dip. Mix well, place in casserole dish. Sprinkle with
    grated cheese
    and bake 45 minutes. Makes 6 servings.
