    Corn and Swiss Cheese Bake from Hel


    2 cups frozen whole kernel corn, thawed
    one 5 1/3 oz. can evaporated milk
    1 1/2 cups Swiss cheese, chopped or shredded
    2 beaten eggs
    2 T. grated onion
    1 1/2 cups soft bread crumbs
    3 T. butter, melted

    Recipe





    Blend corn, evaporated milk, 3/4 cup of shredded cheese, eggs, grated onion, dash of pepper.

    Place in baking dish or a 1 1/2 qt. casserole dish. Toss bread crumbs with melted butter, remaining cheese.

    Sprinkle over corn mixture. Bake at 350 for 25-30 minutes.
