    Cherry Coke Cheesecake


    1 cup diet Cherry Coke --
    boiling
    .3 ounces cherry sugar free jello
    16 ounces cream cheese
    1/2 cup heavy cream
    1 teaspoon vanilla -- pure

    Recipe






    Dissolve jello in Cherry Coke. Pour into blender.
    Add cream and vanilla. Blend well until very smooth
    and creamy.

    Pour into 6 custard cups and cover with plastic wrap.
    Refrigerate until firm.
