    Deviled Eggs with Dill & Cream Cheese


    12 hard boiled eggs, shells removed and eggs halved lengthwise
    1/2 cup light mayonnaise
    1/4 cup mustard
    1/4 cup cider vinegar
    1 tsp sugar
    6 tbs softened cream cheese
    4 tsp chopped dill
    Paprika for Dusting
    Extra dill for Garnish, if desired

    Remove yolks from eggs and place in a large bowl, mash with a fork. Stir in the mayonnaise and the next 5 ingredients. Mix well until nice and smooth.

    Stuff the egg white with the yolk and mayonnaise mixture. Refrigerate 1 hour.

    To Serve: Lightly sprinkle with paprika and garnish with additional dill, if desired.

    Makes 24 servings
